Things have been busy since returning from the west, so my apologies for things having been quiet around here. Lots going on with my last couple days at work here, and making plans for the days beyond that.
In the meantime, why not read a bit about the semi-colon? This piece is beautifully well-written, and even the correction appended at the bottom is eloquent.
I would have used a hypen (“-”) rather than a semi-colon (“;”) and must profess ignorance with regards to the subtle difference(s) between the two. I have always chosen the former rather than the latter.
Note-to-self: find someone else to elucidate this.
